Ajisen Ramen Main Store

The founder of "Ajisen Ramen" added garlic to the Kurume-style Ramen to create the Kumamoto-style Ramen. Currently, we have over 800 stores in 14 countries around the world, and we are promoting "Kumamoto Ramen" throughout the world.

Ajisen Ramen is characterized by its brown sauce "Senmi Oil". It adds richness and flavor to the white tonkotsu soup, creating a fragrant tonkotsu soup. It blends perfectly with medium-thick noodles in a unique way. With the fried garlic, this is the Kumamoto-style taste.
