This restaurant is owned by the chef Kenshin Miyamoto, one of Kumamoto's leading Italian chefs. You can enjoy its main dish, the red beef cooked with firewood and charcoal, and all the other course dishes prepared from selected local products while looking at the garden.
On the premises, a shop sells various original products such as sweets, jams, hams, sausages, etc. made from Kumamoto's agricultural products, as well as wines that are rare in Kumamoto. It can also be used as a close market.
