Founded in 1934, Korantei is a long-established popular chinese restaurant, which offers Kumamoto's local specialty "Taipien", a noodle dish that consists of chicken and pork-based broth and glass noodles.
Shimotori Honten was renovated in May 2020, and offers various chinese dishes according to the seasons, from Taipien lunch set to dinner courses.
