This dish resembles the local cuisine from Fujian Province of China that has been modified by using Japanese ingredients and was originated from Kumamoto. A variety of components, such as plenty of vegetables, seafood such as shrimp and squid, and pork are included. It looks like Champon noodles, but it uses low-calorie vermicelli instead of usual noodle. The soup tastes rich but is also refreshing, and it is topped with a fried hard-boiled egg.
