Kikuchi Onsen

There is a legend which says that Kikuchi Onsen (also known as Waifu Onsen) was discovered 60 years ago when a white dragon appeared in the steam clouds.

Kikuchi Onsen is often known as a hot spring of beauty and boasts a good reputation for the quality and amount of onsen water.
In October 2011 Kikuchi Onsen was selected as one of Japan's top 100 hot springs. This title is given to onsen hot springs which are particularly good for refreshing your body and recuperating.

Kikuchi Gorge and other sightseeing spots are also located nearby.
