Hirahata' specialty is Kawahagi Don, a bowl of rice topped with sashimi of Kawahagi(filefish).
Kimo-shoyu, a special sauce made of Kawahagi's liver and soy sauce is so rich and flavorful.
Besides Kawahagidon, they offer a variety of dishes such as Kaisendon, a bowl of rice topped with various sashimi, and Unidon with sea urchins.
