This library boasts a collection of approximately 4,000 manga volumes, ranging from the latest hits to retro classics. With over 1,000 additional volumes stored in a warehouse, the collection is regularly updated with new arrivals. Within the library, there's a special section dedicated to manga artists from Kumamoto, including displays of famous manga artists' signatures. Outside, a tented area allows visitors to enjoy reading manga while watching the local trains. Admission is free.
