From traditional crafts like Higo zogan, Kawashiri blades, and Higo tops, to contemporary art pieces such as stained glass and leather crafts, the Kumamoto Handicrafts Promotion Center has a wide range of works on display and for sale. There are daily live demonstrations showing how these items are made. Visitors can watch the skilled artisans up close and even partake in hands-on workshops.
