Opened in March 2021, this lookout is located next to the new Aso Bridge, which spans 525 meters in length and stands 97 meters high at its tallest column. The name "Yo Myuru" means "great view" in Kumamoto dialect, and true to its name, it offers breathtaking views of the new Aso Bridge, the Choyo Bridge, and the Shirakawa #1 Bridge (part of the Minamiaso Railway) below. Additionally, the site features a rest area that was relocated from a temporary housing assembly hall in Minamiaso. There's a shop where you can enjoy local gelato, a resting space, and restrooms, making it an ideal spot for a break during your drive.
