This natural-landscape park is located in Uburayama Village. Some landmarks are visible from here: Kuju Mountains to the east, Senomoto Heights to the south and the west, and the outer rim of Mt. Aso, just to name a few.
Various types of flowers including lavender, cosmos, salvia splenders, and hemerocallidoideae bloom in their respective seasons here. The echinop setiferus, which flourish between middle of August and toward the end of September, are said to be a remnant of the period before Kyushu Island separated itself from the Asian continent.
The campground with cabins and tents occupy a part of this park along with a trail and a natural-river current pool, and the Camp Village features a library and a hydrophyte botanical garden as well.
